Featuring a unique medieval design, Hotel Plaza Del Castillo has a distinctive façade resembling a castle and beautiful ornate gardens. Its rooms have air conditioning, heating and a minibar. They have 24/7 reception. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was delicious. We paid for breakfast 9€ each which was totally worth it. 15 minutes driving from the airport. Free parking outside.

Boasting a terrace, Real Maqueda - Málaga is set in Málaga in the Andalucía region, 15 km from Malaga María Zambrano Train Station and 15 km from Automobile and Fashion Museum. New modern budget hotel. Quite close to the center of Malaga and the airport. Helpful receptionist, excellent advice on where to have delicious dinner and breakfast nearby. Room not spacious, but very clean and silent.

Situated within the Campanillas district in Málaga, finca mallorquin has air conditioning, a balcony, and mountain views. The hosts were amazing. We arrived at gone midnight due to a delay at Malaga Airport and found that the hosts had stayed up awaiting our arrival and despite the late hour, they were very friendly and gave us a tour of the Finca. We didn’t realise that the owners lived on site and would have probably not booked if we had known but, after the wonderful experience at Finca Mallorquin we wouldn’t hesitated to book somewhere with the owners on site in the future. They weren’t in the slightest imposing and it was great to know they were on hand if we had any problems (we didn’t) The beds are so comfortable, with a memory foam mattress. It was a real treat to come away and not to have to spend a week in agony because of a poor bed. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and there are a good choice of places to sit to soak up the sun, take in the sunrise or sunset and to generally enjoy the surroundings. The lake across from the finca is a beautiful backdrop. It was disappointing though that we couldn’t enter to have a walk or to dip our toes. The pool was smaller than we expected but, it was absolutely lovely. Clean and more than adequate for our needs. When we return to the Malaga area we will definitely be returning to Finca Mallorquin.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a balcony, Casa Rural Los Almendros is located in Málaga. Great communication, lovely property in a nice rural setting. The pool is fabulous and stunning sunsets. Secure parking. Access to gas or wood BBQ, decent kitchen. Lots of space. This is a great property.

Located in Málaga, 13 km from Malaga María Zambrano Train Station and 13 km from Jorge Rando Museum, Casa Luz offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Luz - it is quiet (which we like), yet close to Malaga, Torremolinos, so the seaside. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. The hosts are lovely people, we felt very welcome and at home. There are several houses at this property. The owners were also staying at the same time as us. We received fantastic tomatoes and oranges from the property.

Boasting pool views, Casa Rural Cupiana Piscina privada Malaga features accommodation with an open-air bath and a balcony, around 18 km from Malaga María Zambrano Train Station. We loved it all! Everything was more than catered for from cleaning products to BBQ charcoal and fire lighters also wood for the indoor fire. Towels, sunbeds, washing machine etc. The beds were supper comfortable, the sheets perfectly clean, in fact the hole place and facilities were very, very clean. The host 'Jose' was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Defiantly need a hire car, although all amenities are within a few miles.

16 km from Malaga María Zambrano Train Station, La Macarena Parque Tecnológico is a recently renovated property set in Málaga and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Everything was squeaky clean, beautifully furnished with attention to detail, quiet and peaceful location. Amazing value for money!
