They were amazing in everything I asked for. The location was 5 min walking from metro, train station, museums. The room perfect as well.

Also after getting a 2am flight to get to Madrid, the lovely staff allowed us to check in early as our room was ready which allowed us such appreciated time to freshen up and leave our luggage. Casa de las Artes, member of The Meliá Collection, located in Madrid in the historic Barrio de las Letras, has recently been renovated to pay homage to the seven fine arts. The property is beautiful and location is excellent. I walked to the national museum , shopping and restaurants! David, the manager accommodated me in my very early arrival time, got me set up in an excellent room. All the people working there are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is very pretty too!! I will definitely stay there again! Thank you
