I loved the hotel’s luxurious design inside- out, and the staff’s support & kindness. The paper roll in the bathroom was of excellent quality with beautiful stitching! They accommodated us for an upgrade as the rooms were smaller than expected, which was very much welcoming! The room service people were truly kind & helpful in anyway they could, which said a lot about their hospitality🍓 The food was good but a bit salty and if you enjoy your meats well done, you’ll need to reinforce such as in Europe that it’s still medium rare from the inside. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Many great sites to visit are a maximum 30 mins walk away. I had no trouble walking to Palacio Real, Museo del Prado and Retiro park. There were a couple of interesting smaller museums nearby as well. There are many, many good food and drink options right out front which seemed pretty popular with the locals. My driver from the airport actually raved about what a good location it was.

Leonardo Hotel Madrid City Center har en rolig beliggenhet i Chamberi-området i Madrid, 200 meter fra San Bernardo tunnelbanestasjon. We enjoyed staying at the hotel, it is well-located, downtown can be reached in 20-25 min if you walk, and there is a metro stop 2 min from the hotel. The rooms are clean, with comfy beds, the breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of foods. The staff was nice, we arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, but they did everything to let us occupy our room immediately.
