Just 2 Metro Stops from Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Exe Plaza is located next to the Kio Towers on Paseo de la Castellana. It offers free WiFi and a fitness centre. We had come to Madrid for my daughter's birthday and stayed at Exe, as we did last year. When I asked for a small surprise via email, you replied that you do not offer such a service. However, when we entered the room, we were greeted with your note and cake. My daughter was very happy on her 16th birthday. Thank you very much for your thoughtful gesture and kindness. Be sure to include breakfast with your stays. The hotel was next to the metro. We reached everywhere very easily.
