Présentant un design innovant, l’room Select Bilbao est pourvu d’un emplacement idéal pour explorer, à pied, les principaux lieux d’intérêt de la ville. The room was very clean and located in the Casco Viejo which allowed us to have the best visit in town all by walk only. It was perfectly centred and the reception system (the check-in is made in another hotel) was very well done even if dislocated in another building (only 100 metres from it). This allowed to discover a nice atmosphere in the co-working space and in the cafeteria (in the hall of the other building. The bathroom provided a bidet as well, which is very rare outside Italy, but a very nice comfort. I would have loved to have a kettle in the bedroom to make the stay even cozyer. The staff was very kind and made sure everything was alright even after we left. I would recommend it 100%.

The location was perfect, right across Arriaga Plaza and right in the middle of all shops and souvenirs. Very close to Plaza Barria where you can enjoy your food and drinks. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and polite.
