The apartment is exceptional. We enjoyed staying there with my friends. The location is perfect, very relaxed area, close to the beach, hopon bus and L4 metro station. All in all, it was completely worth the money. The apartment is big enough even for larger groups. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Stuff was very nice and helpful

The personal touch and kindness shown by the owner added a special dimension to my experience that I greatly appreciated. The property itself is situated just a short walk from Nova Icària Beach, offering convenient access to the beautiful seafront promenade. It's in a fantastic location, not only for its proximity to the beach but also for being surrounded by delightful restaurants and convenient supermarket shops. This made dining out and grabbing necessities a breeze, enhancing the overall convenience of my stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Everything about my stay, from the prime location to the comfortable amenities, was outstanding. But it was the owner's hospitality that truly set this experience apart.
