Location was great, the staff was amazing. Very helpful with helping us plan our days in Barcelona. Room was cleaned daily. Our bed was super comfortable.

Situated just 200 metres from Sagrera Metro Station in Sant Andreu, the modern Hotel Acta Laumon is 25 minutes from the centre of Barcelona by metro. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very modern, tidy and clean. The room we got also had a balcony that we did not expect.

Catalonia La Maquinista is ideally located next to the La Maquinista Shopping Centre in Barcelona’s Sant Andreu District. Plaza de Catalunya is just a 15-minute Metro journey away. It was easily accessible. A shopping mall (Westfield) was near by which made it easy for late dining and other shopping.

Met us in person, helped us park in and park out, even reserved a second parking spot for us for a reasonable fee. Warm and welcoming man. The apartment itself is spacious, two parent bedrooms, one child bedroom suitable for four children. One person could even sleep in the living room. Clean, in a great neighborhood, four bathrooms. Wow. All amenities.

Even though it is a big facility, it was incredibly clean and easy to navigate. There were plenty of common areas to enjoy, as well as a fully functional kitchen.
