Check-in was very seamless and Juan was very friendly and helpful. I left an item behind when I left the room and Cristina was very helpful taking care of sending it back to me.

Great location. Everything you need is close by. The beach is two blocks south of the hotel. Staff were friendly and made the stay comfortable.
