Idyllic apartment in BCN beach es un alojamiento con vistas a la ciudad que está en Barcelona, a 4 min a pie de Platja del Bogatell y a 1 km de Playa de la Mar Bella. We were met on arrival by the hosts, even though it was quite late as our flight had been changed. Everything was explained and keys were handed over. There was good communication before our arrival. The apartment was perfect for us as a family with two teenagers as they had their own rooms. The master bedroom had an ensuite and large walk in closet to store our belongings. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and had a capsule coffee machine as well as a kettle. Lots of seating in the living room and dining table. Bright apartment with lots of windows but also shutters and blinds if you don't want light. You could open the windows for fresh air. There was air con but we didn't use it. We did have the heat on as it was cold outside. The view of the sea was fantastic. We were there for New Year's and had a good view of the fireworks. There are bus stops very close by so it's easy to get anywhere quickly and easily. We bought Hola Barcelona travel cards before our arrival. Or you can walk along the beach into the centre in about half an hour which is a lovely walk. It's also near the Poblenou neighbourhood which is a great area for shopping and restaurants but much less touristy.

Close to the beach, city tour bus stop and metro station. Many restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Manager brought keys in time and was very helpful.

What I liked was the approachability and availability of the owner. You send a message and the reply is instant. When driving into Barcelona, the owner Francesc greeted us on the road and literally walked us to the parking spots. He then explained all the various keys and was extremely welcoming. The property has secure underground parking with a restriction of 2.10 metres if you have a jetbox. The location is ideal as it is by the beach, supermarkets and Red Bus sightseeing stops

Staff were always helpful and quick to reply to my questions. Staff met us at the apartment, got us checked in early (as our flight landed early morning), showed us around and left a welcome pack. Lovely staff, great service. Beach was a few minutes walk. We could view the sea from the apartment living room. Supermarket, cafes, restaurants within 5 minute walk. Metro about 10 minute walk. Apartment was in great location and quiet

Great communication.
