Located next to Fabra i Puig Station, Ibis Barcelona Meridiana is a 10-minute Metro journey from Plaza Catalunya. It offers a 24-hour bar and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen satellite TV. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were neat, clean and comfortable for family.

Perfect location,near underground train and buses,restaurant,bar,bake shop.But most of it is the host is wonderful..giving lots of recommendations and assistance.

I can't even explain how everything was good in this hostel! 1) It was one of the cheapest hostels for a 7-day stay and I chose it because its only for women (god I was so tired of men 😄). 2) If you look on the map it seems that the hostel is located too far from the city centre - well, NO! It has a perfect location in a very quite and comfortable region of Barcelona, I bought a metro card and line L4, where the hostel is located, was the best option to go to museums like Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, Hospital de San Pau, and it has direct route to Barceloneta and Bogatell Beach as well. 3) They have a free tea/coffee in the hall, it's one of the best thing for me as a tea person. 4) The was no queue to go to the shower, I expected it to be crowded since there are many beds in one room, but at any time when I got back to the hostel it was available. 5) It was clean and fresh!!! I compare with another hostel where I've been before (more expensive, men & women in one dorm) and trust me the kitchen and showers/toilets are clean :) 6) GYM! It's a small room with AC and all necessary stuff to help you stay in a shape, I was impressed by that fact.
