Situated on the seafront in Diagonal Mar, the Hesperia Barcelona del Mar (formerly Hesperia del Mar) features stylish rooms with free WiFi and satellite TV. The hotel was great, the room was nice and cozy, it was clean and it looked exactly like it does look in the pictures. Bathroom was clean and modern too. The location was good, 10 minutes away from the metro station and less than one minute away from the beach. Poblenou is a calm and nice neighborhood. Although it is not super central, you can easily get to the city centre by metro, or if you prefer to walk by the sea it takes around 40-50 minutes to get there. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good value for the money, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Just 350 metres from Mar Bella Beach, Eurohotel Diagonal Port offers Mediterranean Sea views from its setting in Barcelona’s Poble Nou district. The staff was very helpful and kind to the guests. The room was clean and calm. There is a wide range of choice for the breakfast so we were completely satisfied with our staying. 😊 We could leave our luggages in the locker at the last day which was a big help for us. The staff ordered us a fixed price taxi 39€ to the airport (they are contracted with a taxi firm.

Easy to metro into the heart of Barcelona, but so mellow and fun near the apartment. Loved seeing kids and families out at the beach. Great restaurants, shops and bakeries, but not so touristy.
