It also has an elevator in the building... so happy to not have to lug our bags up so many flights. Also, many amazing sights to visit a short distance.

The location is good too, great neighbourhood, close to the beach, wonderful pubs and restaurants nearby, buses and underground were quite accessible. Supermarket was in the next building, mall was 20 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

I loved the fact the property had a terrace. It did not matter the sun did reach it. The terrace at the rear of the apartment allowed me to be away from the noise of the Ramblas in the evening. The girls from Lugaris (Natalia) who greeted me where so warm, friendly and ultimately professional. A real asset to Lugaris.
