The downside is the air conditioning in the restaurant was to cold to be comfortable to sit and eat. Sandra was excellent in her customer care and very helpful. She was easy to talk to and any problems or questions she took care of quickly. Overall the reception and other staff of the hotel were really good and attentive.

Centrally situated in Luxor, between Luxor Temple and Museum, this 4-star hotel is surrounded by garden and it features an outdoor pool with sun lounger deck, a poolside bar and 4 restaurants. The hotel is easily found overlooking the Nile (within 10 min walk from the cruise docking area), renovated facilities, very attentive staff and delicious breakfast with large variety. Aly, the Guest Relations Manager and Hassan, the Transport Manager are very welcoming. I wish we had time to enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna. I totally recommend this hotel and would go back to enjoy it.
