Tolip El Narges is truly a comfortable, homely, presentable and clean Hotel. Even tho we were there for a short time but we truly enjoyed our stay. One of the best views is from the balcony. There are malls, cafes, restaurants in walking distance from the Hotel and others are 5-10 minuets with car which the front desk will help to sort. The staff were wonderful and the facilities in the Hotel which was shown in by photos on Booking.com were even better in reality. The breakfast was excellent and many verities to choose from. I would like to take the time to thank Ms Noor Ashraf, Reservation Manager for responding to inquiries with a Professional and clear manner and extending our check out time due to our late flight and Ms Maha for assisting us from the same department when Ms Noor was off, Ms Sandy, Guest Relation for her assistance and pleasant personalty, Mr Ahmad Jamal at the Front Desk who received us as we arrived with a big smile and positive and friendly attitude. Mr Mahmood from the concierge for taking us to our rooms and showing us where everything is and the contact numbers, Mr Tareq from housekeeping for being helpful and respectful. Overall our experiences was wonderful from all sides and I would definitely book with them again and I would recommend to fellow booking.comers to choose this hotel.

Renaissance Cairo Mirage City hotel is located in New Cairo district only a few minutes away from Cairo International Airport & en-route to New Administrative Capital. I loved everything. Perfect room, big bed, comfy carpets. central heating was fine. big tv. nice room layout Perfect bathroom. shower and shower tub. good lighting. clean and well maintained Perfect facilities. Nice gym, nice on site resources, lounge area. Large open spaces, but the best is the open area heated pool. Perfect staff. friendly and helpful. well spoken and accommodating Perfect food. the breakfast area was nice when you got the freshly made waffles and pancakes or eggs. however was a little busy I preferred to wait to get hot waffles. go early for the breakfast donuts coz the good ones go first Best time ever. Thank you

Highly recommended
