I stayed in intercontinental ,its good Hotel to stay . Room is Very Good.All things in Room well Arranged and Clean. All Staff is very helping & Professional. But i will appreciate Mr.Ahmed Hassan specially because he is very nice & Professional person. all people on reception well trained. Now i realized why intercontinental on top,they have well trained staff like ahmed. thanks so much intercontinental.

This modern, family-friendly hotel is located in the centre of the Citystars business and leisure complex and just a 10-minute drive from Cairo International Airport. The customer service is obviously great. The staff is quite friendly. I would like to remark the hospitality and professionalism of Ms Mary in the front desk.. so helpful and supportive
