The staff were outstanding nothing was too much for them they went out of their way to accommodate us from planning our trips arranging driver and guide everything a great team so friendly and polite especially Amr excellent host Close to Pyramids shops local and excellent food in the hotel restaurant 11/10 !

The staffs are really helpful and courteous ❤️ The room is clean and comfortable.. The location of this hotel was excellent.. Just along the road, accessible to all the transpo you need, easy to find, just 5 mins walk to the pyramid with an amazing view of it as well in their rooftop..

Mariam, Farooq, Asma are very helpful and the food made by Dina is scrumptious. Abdullah helped me out with ATM. He patiently took me to 5 different ATMs around the hotel to help me with the cash

The staff was attentive at all times, even before we checked in. During our stay, the staff was very kind, attentive, and concerned about making us feel good and comfortable. Breakfast is good, it starts at 8 am, however, on several days when we left early for tours, the staff made sure to make us breakfast before the time. Khaled helped us at all times, making us feel at home. Farida and the guy at the reception who greeted us in the morning, gave us excellent service, everyone could communicate in English.

Mostafa and other staff members were all exceptionally kind and made the stay very comfortable. The view was INCREDIBLE. The breakfast was to die for!
