I loved the services. They were top notch. The staffs were super helpful, very nice and cordial. I’m all about cleanliness and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very generous. They had all the options you may need. The location was super great and there was an ATM inside the hotel. The spa service was very good. I also loved their appliances, particularly the bedside lamp that you can put on and off without pressing a button. Overall, it was a very good choice.

I ragazzi alla reception sono gentilissimi e molto professionali, specialmente il capo. Abbiamo avuto un problema durante la vacanza e si sono prodigati in ogni modo per risolvercelo, con ottimi risultati. Parlo inglese molto bene quindi le comunicazioni sono facili e hanno ottimi modi. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare loro le valigie in anticipo il giorno di arrivo e dopo il check-out il giorno della partenza. La camera era perfetta, con letti molto comodi, ampi spazi, vari piani di appoggio, zona salotto e un bagno moderno e funzionale. Dalla camera si vedeva il Nilo. Hotel consigliatissimo.

I requested a room with view of the Nile… I got the perfect view… with the Nile. Staff were very courteous and professional. Host Gram Cairo Hotel is situated in Cairo, in the Downtown Cairo district. This 3-star hotel offers room service and an ATM. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, with many small touches. There is even a small balcony off of the rooms. The heat was much appreciated overnight in December, and there were additional blankets and pillows should we have needed them. There was a fridge and the staff gave us waters upon arrival. In a sea of questionable reviews and false advertising for Cairo Hotels, Hostgram Hotel did provide a great service for a great value. The rooms were per the description and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. I was also impressed by the cleanliness; everything was well-maintained. Will definitely return!

Located in Cairo, less than 1 km from The Egyptian Museum, Ambiance Inn Hotel Downtown features views of the city. The hotel was great, the staff was very helpful, they made you feel as friend , the cleanliness was good, unlike the other hotels in Cairo we stayed in, the breakfast was excellent and they helped us find local restaurants near the hotel. if I visit Egypt again, I will definitely return to the same hotel.

Fantastic location in the heart of Cairo, with restaurants, shopping, the museum within walking distance. Our room was huge and clean with a balcony where we could look out over the traffic and street. We arranged a pick up as it is hard to find and this made life much easier. There is a lot of traffic noise but its to be expected.
