Pablo, the receptionist, cook, administrator, cleaning person, waiter, and 24/7 help is an exceptional person and tireless worker. I have never seen such dedicated person working single handedly to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Located 3 km from the historic centre of Quito and near the World Trade Centre, this hotel features luxurious accommodation with a health club, free WiFi and free breakfast options starting a 2:30 for... Although is centrally located in La Floresta I was staying in floor 15 and I didn’t heard any noise from the street. Employees were very helpful. Bed was very comfy and the room had great space, and loved the very hot water from the shower. Staying again definitely when coming back to Quito.

Swissôtel offers elegant accommodation in Quito’s affluent commercial and residential district. I am allergic to milk so the staff made me eggs without milk for breakfast. Staff very helpful. Superior double room was spacious and had chairs!

Apartment was clean and safe, neighborhood was wonderful and Patricia was a wonderful host, dealing with some crazy logistics on our part. My husband and I kept comparing her place to some places we stayed in Tuscany, Italy. Ecuador is a hidden gem! Also if you are traveling with a late arriving flight, have Patricia arrange airport transport, her driver is wonderful.

My best stay in Quito - the hostel is relaxing , quiet and the rooms are super clean. Staff are kind and friendly and the pets at the property are affectionate. I couldn’t ask for more from a hostel and will definitely be staying again :D
