We travelled as a family of four and this place is perfect. You can tell the owners love this place, they did everything to make it comfortable for the guests. There are a lot of basic (kitchen) supplies that can be used in the appartment. Of course we also bought some new supplies for the next guests. Since the appartment is fully equipped, it is very comfortable. The washing machine is a big plus too. The appartment is located only 10 minutes drive from Winterberg center. We went skiing and then you need to take your car anyway. And the surroundings are beautiful and nice and quiet. Price - quality ratio is very good. Would recommend it!

This family-run hotel in Hildfeld offers country-style cosy rooms, traditional food from the Rothaargebirge mountains, and easy access to the hiking routes of the Neuer Hagen and Hilletal nature... the owner and his wife were the best, really lovely people
