This 3-star apartment hotel is situated in the tranquil Plieningen suburb, to the south of Stuttgart, within easy reach of Stuttgart Airport and the new exhibition centre. We got an extremely spacious apartment on two levels. It was very clean all over. The kitchen area was well-equipped and usable. The bathroom was really fitted with every possible thing you might need or might have forgotten to take (comb, toothbrush+toothpaste, razor, etc.). The staff was very friendly at reception. There is an underground garage, which is free and safe. We would definitely come back (and did a week later).

I found the property comfortable. I had everything needed for my stay. It was quaiet, clean. Wi-fi was included in the price of the room and was perfect.

Location of the room towards the quiet gardens. The room was clean, bathroom was small but enough, beds were comfortable.

This hotel with modern amenities in the southern Plieningen district is only 2 km from Stuttgart Airport and the new Landesmesse exhibition grounds, and 10 km from the city centre. Definitely a great place to stay in Stuttgart. The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are big enough to stay comfortable, great bed (big and comfortable) the shower is big enough to do all you need, good breakfast . The personal is very helpful and educated. Free parking 🅿️ and easy access to public transport (200-300 meters from reception) to get at centre city or wherever you need to go. I definitely recommend it.

LaMiaCasa Grande Family-Business Groups-Airport-Fair-Uni-Base is a recently renovated apartment in Stuttgart, where guests can make the most of its casino and garden. Very kind hosts met us and explained everything, apartment is brand new and well equipped
