The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English well, which made things easy for me. I appreciated their assistance throughout my short stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was comfortable and practical. The receptionist Giacomo was very professional, friendly and considerate to give us 2 rooms next to each other as we are traveling with kids. The room had a kettle and coffee machine, which was fantastic.
