The bathroom has sliding doors and everything looked brand new. - Huge sink and mirror and the shower is well insulated with a large drain. - The room also has arm chair, sofa, and big ottoman as a desk chair. - There's a small shelf at the entrance very convinent to keep your sunglasses or phone, keys when you tie your shoes or fix yourself before heading out. - it is a bit far from center but there's good stores and cafes near like 1 or 2 stops from neuaubing(the hotel's s bahn station) if you want to explore the area. -very safe and clean area no homeless people. I was back one night at 23:45 and had to walk 15 minutes to the hotel. The streets were dark and no one was outside it looked scary but I reached the hotel safely.
