Offering a riverside terrace with indoor pool, this family-run hotel in Koblenz enjoys great views of the UNESCO-listed Upper Rhine Valley with its famous Deutsches Eck Confluence. Great location down to the water. Normally there was a small boat to the city centre but it wasnt working while we were there. But the hotel is still close and in a walkable distance to city centre. Great view, and very very sweet and professional staff. Both at check in and at breakfast. Great breakfast with plenty to choose from. Nice beds and big bathroom.

As I mentioned to the host, “I could live here!”. We enjoyed cooking and relaxing here and there is a bus every half hour into the old town on the other side of the Rhine. This takes not more than 15 minutes. You can also walk down to a ferry shuttle which we greatly enjoyed. Overall, very quiet and functional and the beds are extremely comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating hosts.

Everything was just perfect. Parking was easy and free. The host was absolutely wonderful to deal with and talk to. We even had a couple of delicious German beers with him one Saturday night. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Very nice bathroom. A very nice kitchen where we could make our own breakfast every morning and save some dining out money. The apartment is very easy to get to. There is an ice cream machine on property which is always needed in the summer and all year for some of us. I can't wait to come back some day. And the Koblenz area on the Rhine River is a must see destination area when visiting Germany. There are so many castles to visit. The area's wine is great. The Moselle River is also great to explore and drive along and see many beautiful towns. There is also a wash machine in the bathroom that can be used. This worked great for us as this was the halfway point for our 35 day European Road Trip in our BMW M8 Convertible, The Ultimate Driving Machine!!!! I LOVE German cars!!!
