The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family down that road It was quiet, clean and well equipped I had to contact the staff twice, once over the phone when we first landed in Germany, and the next day of our arrival in person, because I had received an email the day were were leaving Canada indicating the payment had not been received. The payment was done on the Friday and Monday morning it was still not showing at their end. I am not sure why there was a delay in them receiving the payment but all was good in the end. The fact that they had someone on staff that spoke in English was great.
