The staff is amazing, really nice and helpful. It turned out to be even better than expected. It's globally kids friendly, which we appreciated very much, traveling with three tired toddlers. The menu in the restaurant is simple but the food is really good and the breakfast, that you order the day before (not a buffet) is good too and the portions are generous. And the location of the hotel is very convenient for the travelers coming from the motorway, without being too close to it. We had a short but very nice stay there!

So easy to get some good German food, a pint of lager and walk straight to bed. Plenty of places to park the car and the area looked very safe. Highly recommended for when you visit Kassel.
