Elevator so you don’t have to carry bags upstairs. Our room was huge, warm and comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very enjoyable, wonderful service and delicious food. Breakfast was set up at the table for you, eggs cooked to order and was a lovely start to the day. We loved meeting Captain, the guest relations dog, he’s gorgeous! Thank you for a lovely evening!

This hotel lies just a 10-minute car journey from Kassel’s centre, only a 20-minute walk from Schloss Wilhelmshöhe castle and its extensive parkland, home to the impressive Hercules monument. Breakfast is excellent, the best we got in Germany. The restaurant is not as good as it used to be.
