From there you could even walk to the Fair (3KM to hall 2) which is good to start the morning. The host even offered me a free coffee in the morning and if wished I could even get some toast (although breakfast officially is not included). Despite that the host is open for communication if you like that (but not mandatory). The room has a bed and a desk and good WIFI. Supermarkets and even some restaurants (Italian, Chinese) are very close.
