They were very accommodating and just a pleasure to deal with. I was just after passing security today and found out that I had left my passport in the hotel - they didn't stop until they found it! Very nice smell in the room. Everything seems to be new and fresh. Warm water never ended in shower room no matter how long I took it. The pressure of water was also extremely good. I first want to point out that the young fellow that I woke up to come let us in was very nice to do that and I am very thankful for that generosity. We arrived very late and I am happy I did not need to go look for a different hotel at 11 to 11:45 PM at night. Thank you!! The hotel was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy and free and right next to the room. Very convenient. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice bathroom. Nice size. Good and comfortable bed. Just a short drive to the inner city of Hamburg. I would for sure stay here again.
