This family-run 4-star concept hotel is situated just north of Hamburg's city centre, 500 metres from the Outer Alster Lake. Free internet access is available. Staff was very welcoming, smiling, caring and helpful. Location is just perfect as the neighborhood is quiet and there is a bus stop right there so you are at the main train station in about 5 minutes. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and it was great that freshly prepared eggs were offered. In addition they had a home baked lemon pie. The lady in the restaurant was so nice 🥰 Everyone at a reception were very pleasant and the cleaning ladies as well. Thank you very much for everything!

We returned to Aspria Uhlenhorst because we loved the fact that this hotel is attached to a first rate gym/spa/sports center in a very nice neighborhood near the center and the Alster lake. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. There is a soccer/hockey field in front of the building, on top of the garage, and there are also four tennis courts, four pools and a bunch of beach volleyball fields. The upscale area Uhlenhorst/Winterhude offers dozens of diverse restaurants and many interesting shops in walking distance. The center is about ten minutes by bike or car.
