It was really good experience. Location was perfect, you can walk to many places easily. Room was clean, modern, new with comfortable bed. Staff were really nice and polite, especially Mr. Dirk. This 4-star design hotel in Hamburg offers large rooms, free Wi-Fi and a sauna and relaxation area with views of the Alster Lake. The city centre is only a 15-minute walk away. It was a feel good experience from the booking procedure until check out. I booked a room as a precuation, while lying on a hospital bed across ten street shortly before midnight. The issue was not serious, so it was unsure if the room would be needed at all- I cancelled it and then went on and tried to revive the booking. Hotel staff was so helpful and the room so great, I was happy for my Asklepios Clinic experience: I would have missed such a great stay!!! The room was vast, with great furniture and all kinds of ameniities, large windows instead of walls and a great view. Breakfast was included and was delicious. The overall ratio quality-price was a win-win experience for me!

Établissement 4 étoiles supérieur, l’ARCOTEL Rubin tient son nom du mot « rubis » en allemand et présente une décoration aux tons rouges. The room was absolutely lovely on the 7th Floor near the wellness center. The lift was fast to take us there. The minibar was great and kept our drinks and chocolates nice and cold. Bed was incredibly comfy, large bath tub and shower with full size mirror was also very nice.
