The place is really well maintained, clean, silent, comfortable and close to where I wanted to go. The closest subway station was around 300 m away and it took me to Hamburg downtown in minutes.

The walk to the S-Bahn stn was very easy and the journey into the city centre was speedy.

A starter stock for the Nespresso machine is also available. Towels are plentiful and more provided if needed. The beds are very comfortable and pillows in all sizes available. The amenities are Molton Brown and set the tone of the standard in this lovely cottage. Even a shoe horn and a shoe polishing cloths has been thought of. Parking is available in the street and the S-Bahn station a 10 minutes walk away. The little village is just a hop and step from the door and has Pharmacies, Bakeries, a small supermarket, Cafes and a well frequented ice cream shop. There are also several restaurants. Busses go down to the ferry Teufelsbrueck from the main street.
