Easy check in, good location, friendly and super nice staff, very clean overall. Good value for the price - I'd highly recommend it. U-Bahn is just 5 min walk and 20 min to get to the center, plus very quiet area so sleeping very well ;) I was a bit late to check out and it wasn't a problem at all. Overall great hotel - not in the center but conveniently close to it.

Only 12 minutes from central Hamburg, the First Class-Hotel Panorama Billstedt offers spacious rooms with modern bathrooms. Free internet is available in the lobby. We have had one breakfast and we find the price too high for the quality of breakfast.

I didn't like anything. It's ridiculous that this apartment is offered for rent by Booking. The apartment has been renovated by an amateur handyman, it has been finished very poorly. Once again, this is not an apartment to rent out. Stupid of me for not taking any pictures. At that moment I had to get out as quickly as possible.
