Outstanding European breakfast! Super friendly and above average staff!

The hotel is located in a cool historical building, previously it was either a port warehouse or a factory. There are metal rivets inside — steam punk :) The surroundings are super! Charm! In the morning — a good breakfast. On the roof there is a restaurant with an excellent view of the port; in the evening you can drink beer and enjoy the view. The room is locked with a code, you don’t need to carry any keys or cards, it’s very convenient. But if you want, you can take a traditional key (I didn’t). The room has a desk where you can work on the computer. The Internet is excellent. There was also a TV, but I didn’t turn it on. The staff is very friendly. If I need to go to Hamburg again, I will choose this hotel.

Egon Hotel Hamburg City ligger i Hamburg, 1,2 km fra havnen, og tilbyr hurtig inn- og -utsjekking, allergikervennlige rom, restaurant, gratis WiFi overalt og bar. It was clean, modern and with easily accessible parking lot. Room size was good, with more than enough space for 2 people. Access from the parking to the room is straightforward. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ideally located near one of Hamburg’s most lively spots, on the corner of the Reeperbahn, this hotel is 5 minutes from the city centre by public transport. Was perfektly placed for our needs. Due to renovations no breakfast or dinner, but was made aware of it before booking. All in all a nice stay wich suited our needs. Even had off street parking as bunus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again. Klaus k.
