The area is pretty safe with access to the public transport. Aldi, Lidl are close by. There’s also a McDonald’s at walking distance from the hotel. The hotel itself is pretty good. The staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need and they speak very good English. They also have 24 hr check-in check-out policy which is great for those arriving early by flight.

Very good hotel, extremely friendly staff. I had to go to American consulate so chose this one which is just 5 mins away from Consulate. Rooms are clean, good and breakfast is adequate. Close to McDonalds and close to supermarkets. Wasserpark tram stop is right next to hotel.

Very kind and very helpful staff. They were all welcoming, polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was great, really spacious and very clean. Walking distance from the Town Hall, the Main tower etc. We asked for Twin Bed and the man at the reception arranged it. Thank you very much. And don't forget: In Greece, whenever you want to order a beer, you say: Mia bira parakalo.

The man was very chatty and offered me both wine and that I stay an extra night so that I get to see the city (I was there for a conference- and had to decline the offer)
