Very good service and all staff very kind. Seemed like a happy place to work as you could feel the happiness and customer service quality with each staff member. Room was modern and I had nice and big enough single room. Breakfast buffet was good; fresh ingredients, very good coffee btw and never seen so many tea choices. I would definitely go back there.

The 4-star Grand Hotel Empire has its own sauna, fitness-centre and outdoor-terrace. It is situated directly at the Frankfurt main train-station, with great views of the cathedral and Römer city hall.... Staff were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. Great value for money
