The hosts sent us the details of how to get into the apartment but when we got there he was there anyway and showed us around and how to use the blinds/shutters etc. The apartment was perfect for us and they have thought of everything. The apartment was spotless and so comfortable. We were in Dusseldorf for the Euro 2024 tournament and told the host that we were going to the game - when we got back from the game there was a present for us hanging on the door to the apartment with a note to say congratulations and all the best for the rest of the tournament. This was such a nice touch. I also checked out and then realised when we were on our way to the next city that I had left my bag - they were really quick to respond to my message and met us back at the apartment to give me my bag. Such a nice family and perfect hosts. There is also lots of routes into Dusseldorf city centre from just around the corner too. Highly recommended.

We had everything we needed. The hosts are an amazing family, we felt like we came to friends. Best host we’ve ever met! The apartment has a separate entrance and a beautiful garden - you feel like you’re on holiday. Very good reliable wi-fi. Lots of parking on nearby streets. The neighborhood is very high class and safe.
