This hotel with a 200-year-old tradition is set in beautiful parkland at the Unterbacher See lake, 35 minutes by public transport from the centre of Düsseldorf. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast area was gorgeous, with a lovely window-filled room and view over the fields. The lovely wellness area with the two saunas (one at an impossibly high 90 degrees centigrade, and the other at a more comfortable lower temperature) were great. There was a lovely walk round a lake only 10 minutes walk away. Parking was free (even though it was supposed to be paid) and it was not too far to drive into town. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Free Wi-Fi and free use of local transport are offered by this hotel in Unterbach. Just a 20-minute drive east of Düsseldorf city centre, it is set near the Eller Forst Forest and Unterbacher See... Cozy,nice,quiet,clean place.I like park near by you can go walking early in the morning.

The host was very kind and welcoming! :) Quiet neighbourhood, close to the lake with pretty scenery, well-connected with the city by bus. The apartment is very cozy and clean, surrounded by greenery which makes it more peaceful and private.
