The property fully matches the description. Everything was very clean, it was easy to find and get the keys. There is public transport nearby, you can also make groceries, as supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk. The apartment us very modern, the bed is very comfortable. The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed it.

Stayed there for 4 days. Very clean location, comfortable bed and although it's situated in a residential area it is very quiet! Not a lot of interaction with the owner is required. After the payment is done you receive the code from one of the safe boxes at the entrance of the building. Nearby you can find pizzeria's, a pub and a small shop that is opened until 23:00. I am really happy with the choice i made and will return whenever i am in Duisburg!!!
