Personnel, especially Janina were great. Hotel was quiet and clean. The bathroom was modern and nice. I really recommend this hotel.

This 5-star-superior hotel offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi, a 1312 ft² day spa and Caroussel Novelle restaurant. The hotel was amazing, very clean, very professional staff and situated nicely on the North end of town. Really enjoyed our stay here and conveniently located near a Christmas market!

This property is everything a European hotel should be. Clean, comfortable, and well staffed. The bar and restaurant are wonderful additions after a long day. This modern 3-star-superior hotel lies in the Neustadt district of Dresden, a 5-minute walk from the banks of the River Elbe. It offers spacious rooms and lobby bar. Great location (public transportation and supermarkets are nearby). The room is big, and it has everything one needs and ever more (capsule coffee machine, for example. Or the bed headboard lighting - that was really something special!). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied, the best place we've ever stayed in Dresden for an affordable price.
