Staff and cleaning staff very flexible .Patrick always very helpful with local knowledge.Breakfast is great always stay here .Weekly dvb tram bus train and few ferries covered use Google maps and tram 7 to go to Dresden.Also Bischofsweg area on tram stop into Dresden has lot nearby restaurants,laundromats ,Denns. Biomarkt.Also across from hotel is Lidl store which is great quality.Hotel warm cosy rooms spacious have bath in some rooms which is great all in all perfect for business travel.

The location is great - it's in a very quiet, greeny area, but right next to the tram line that can take you anywhere (and the tram noise does not reach the room itself, so that's a plus). The hotel is very cozy, it has this home-feeling to it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, albeit speaks only German, but that wasn't a barrier for mutual understanding. Bedsheets and towels are changed every day. The room is clean at all times, everything is in perfect condition. I haven't tried breakfast. Overall, it was a perfect place for my business trip.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, kitchen well equiped and everything was new. We could get several kinds of tea and coffee on arrival - that was really nice. The appartment really spacious - was enoug place for 4 persons. The appartment was not in the centre, but we could get here in 40 min by tram number 7 or in 20 min by car. The supermarket is over the street, so if you need something it takes 5 min to ger here.
