Very cleen, newly reconstructed house, with good acess to Dresden centre (ca 40 min by tram nearby), but also in a reach of other interesting sights around, like historical town Meissen + its famous china manufactury, Moritzburg castle, Sachsiche Schweiz natural reservation... Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, we did not miss anything to our comfort, including dishwasher, which is still not automatically in all accomodations but here was available. Large shopping centre (Donaupark) is also close.
