We were able to have a plaesant evening even with our 2 y/o sleeping in the next room. We could comfortably watch a movie with her sleeping in a separate room. Spaceous garden right outside of building Comfortable parking The owners provided nice and comfortable cot for our baby. She looked very comfortable in it and had no trouble falling asleep. There are no pubs or nightclubs nearby (or that we would run across), which sould be taken as a bad thing but was positive for us, since we appreciate the absence of noisy people in the evenings. Overall this will be the first place we will try to book when we come back to Dresden. It is perfect for us for some light tourism, sightseeing with a small kid.

The layout of the apartment makes it easier for you when somebody goes to bed late/gets up earlier - you won't disturb anybody. The location can be reached not only by public transport but also by using mini Dresden park railway if you do not mind a bit of walking afterwards. The park is ideal for walks, running and picknicks and there is an awesome zoo with great playgrounds for kids.
