THE HOTEL IS A GOOD HOTEL, WITH A GREAT LOCATION, AND BEAUTIFUL AREA, BUT THE REAL GOOD AT BIEDERMEIER HOTEL WAS 2 EMPLOYEES....THEY ARE COMPETENT, VERY NICE AND VERY QUICK TO SOLVE ALL PROBLEMS....HETEMI AND HASANI WAS VERY HELPFUL.....THANK YOU LADIES FOR YOUR GREAT HARD WORK....

Dieckmanns was a great find, we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and we had a great stay, apartment fully equipped and was great to chill out in with family. The staff were absolutely brilliant, friendly, professional and always willing to help where could.

The jackpot room was a good size, jacuzzi bath and large bed. Could do with a re-decoration but was clean and quirky. Love the disco ball. The junction the hotel is on, is very very busy all night, but i didn't find it a problem. Good size car park which fills up quickly with customers using the restaurant. Restaurant is well decorated, and you just have to try the peach tea!
