This hotel is situated directly at Cologne University Hospital, only a few metres from the nearest U-Bahn station. It features a bar, a wonderful garden terrace and free WiFi in all areas. I was particularly impressed with the reception staffs flexibility. We were concerned about train delays and they put us at ease explaining the night staff could check us in if necessary. The hotel is literally outside a tramline with a short connection to the city centre. There were also local bars and restaurants a short walk away. It was so convenient and very comfortable. El Design Sleepy Cologne ofrece alojamiento en Colonia. El parque Volksgarten está a 800 metros. Todos los alojamientos tienen zona de salón comedor. También hay una cocina con tetera y cafetera. Very helpful staff and manager... also serious, friendly, prompt, professional... we needed some help with the check in and the parking and we received very quickly every information. We only stayed 1 night but we could notice from the beginning that our room was being prepared very meticulous before our check in... everything clean... comfortable beds, hot water anytime day / night, clean towels.. and so on It is very close to pretty much everything. Around the corner there is a Falafel shop where you can have I think the best Falafel in town. Right on the other side there is a train station and you can get anywhere in town in only minutes. When we will come back in Koln, 100% this will be our 1st option to book it.
