Located 1.4 km from Cologne Zoo in Cologne and just 100 metres from the nearest metro station, 1st Floor Köln 2 features free WiFi access and on-site private parking. The room was lovely, so cosy with our own courtyard. WiFi connection excellent, smart TV, and blue tooth speakers. Lovely bathroom with luxurious shower (no bath). Staff ultra helpful.

The owner was very hospitable and accomodating and the flat was really nice and peaceful! The city centre is about 40 minutes walking distance away or 4 stops on the tram/metro, so you can very easily get there. There is designated parking spot for the house and the area seems really safe, so no issues parking there!

Long street with all the shops and cafes, and local beer places. Close to the tram stop to get to the exact city centre - Dom (4 stops). Every other district is easily reachable from the apartment. Jakob (the host) is very helpful, always online, checking, advising. The apartment has everything you need (heating, air conditioning, teapot, hairdryer etc). Big, cosy bed. Good, comfortable stay.

The entire apartment, the kind hosts, the neighbourhood are all just amazing. The interior design of the apartment is of good taste, and very clean. They provide good coffee maker, and full culinary items where one can prepare meals at the apartment like being at home. There were few big and nice parks nearby, where I could do my daily exercises, great! There is a very nice little Italy restaurant just 1 min walk and a good bakery down at next door made the stay extra good! The host was so kind and nice to have let me had an early check-in, as well as a very late check-out which had truly a great help for me, Thank you very much Andreas!!
