This Hotel is different. It is itself not a destination. It is for travelers who what clean, friendly, and other places to eat or not, because they only serve breakfast, and one which is totally good. They are in a neighborhood which has from Thai holes in the wall to Michelin 1 Stars within shortest walking distance (I chose the Thai...Yummy). My bedroom was truly a single, which was fun, and the staff were of all ages and engaged/friendly/helpful.

Great location as it is really close to the trams. Easy access to the city centre. Lots of supermarkets and cafes nearby. The owners were always extremely friendly and helpful! And definitely fair price for guests.
