The surrounding area is a quiet residential area and it's very quiet. The host was kind and carefully explained how to check in in advance. The bathroom and kitchen are shared (with the host), but they were kept very clean. You can cook if you want. The private room had a bed, a small table, and chairs, so I was able to work and relax comfortably. There was also a washing machine and a clothes-drying area in the basement.
