Right next to the river, surrounded by vineyards and bike paths. The apartment is comfortable, clean and equipped with all appliances. Pet friendly. I would gladly recommend it to everyone.

Note for folks without a car: this property is in Wehlen, a town outside of Bernkastel. It’s a bit tough to get to from the train (Wittlich). The property was wonderful but you should know it’s a little tough to get around. The hosts were VERY helpful in getting us around. There is a bus but we took the boat into the town - very easy and beautiful.

Landhaus Wehlener Klosterberg is located in Bernkastel-Kues, just 25 miles from Natural Park Saar-Hunsrück and 27 miles from Trier Arena. The apartment was perfect for the three of us, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We enjoyed preparing dinner most every evening, which included using the nice gas grill for a few meals. The balcony was perfect for dining al fresco. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy. The air conditioning was welcome on the hot days during our visit.
