A very modern style hotel, the interior design is comforting and serene. hidden cupboards and facilities giving the walls a continuous smooth sight for the eyes. The glass windows along the whole wall and remote control levels of curtains was epic. A 10 minutes walk away from the high end brand shops down the road. The front desk facilitated an early check in. the breakfast buffet was pleasant with a warm atmosphere still with an outdoor view.

Boasting a direct underground (subway) connection to Kurfürstendamm and the Zoologischer Garten, the Hotel Carolinenhof provides a central base for exploring Berlin’s shops and sights. It was close to the trains so we could walk to the hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Most importantly it was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet so good sleeps. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby and we loved the cappuccinos. Breakfast was in a bright and cheerful place and there was a lot of choice. We enjoyed the muselai, yogurt and fruit. There was more choice than that and the staff was lovely there, too. We had our bicycles with us and they were kept in a safe underground garage. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
