The staff was very helpful with luggage as we were with small children, and accomodated our every need. If you want to stay in Berlin with small children - look nowhere else, this is the place!

The area has a number of local affordable shops for food etc. that you need in the flat. There was plenty of parking around the area.

Apartment details were exactly as per the description. Self Checkin was smooth late in the night. Sebastian was very kind to allow a late checkout. The location was perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet with multiple bars and restaurants. Sebastian gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations.
